Ministry: Centre Funding Advancements

Centres that download their Funding Advancement via a .CSV file from the MOE will be able to use the bulk upload function to input data directly into Discover. When doing so, Discover will automatically assign each value as provided with no further additional input required. 

You can also manually input this information manually if you desire. Navigate to Ministry > Funding Advancement > Create New.

Please note - there is currently a discrepency between the values provided by MOE and what is inputted. This is due to a change in how MOE provides this information. 

Previously, funding information was only rounded to 2 decimal places and was inclusive of GST. Currently, funding values are rounded to 6 decimal places and is exclusive of GST. 

We recommend that you use the Bulk Upload function below. 

Navigate as follows:

1. On the left-side menu, select Ministry
2. Select the Funding Advancement 
3. Under the Centre Funding Advancements title, select Bulk Upload button 
4. Choose the MOE issued CSV file
5. Upload

You will be able to access your funding advancement information via Pourato and logging into it directly here.

Please Note: The file should be in the correct format if it has come from the MOE but clicking on the link in the pop-up will download and example header record file.
