Use Cases

  • Compare individual child outcomes against those in the room. This will allow educators to see which outcomes may need more consideration when planning and documenting for individual children and for the whole room.
  • Viewing and comparing set groups of children can be especially helpful when looking at an ability or interest-based child grouping, with this information informing future planning and learning experiences.
  • View teacher's documentation based on outcomes, to better help inform their future planning and implementation. This data can be regularly collected and tracked by leaders to inform professional development and performance reviews.
  • Filtering by the number of evidence allows educators to see at a glance, which children may need to be prioritised when creating future learning experiences to ensure they have similar amounts of documented evidence to others in the room.
