Homebased: Staff Locations

The Educator Map is a tool in Discover which shows the location of educators and nannies on the map, with a variety of linked features. 

Please note: This tool is only visible to the centre admin. 

Features:

• Staff Locations are displayed for Homebased services, with the ability to zoom in and out
• Display the Educator Map and Educator List
• Search location capability by typing on Educator Locations textbox and click Find button 
• Show Enquiries checkbox is displayed and when it is ticked it will show all Customer Enquiries
• The Educator Map tab displays the following pins, All Educators, Selected Service Educators and Customer Enquiries

Educator Map

Navigate to Service Menu > Staff > Staff Locations > Educator Map. You will be able to view your locator flags of all educators in the area. 

The Educator List will give you a list of educator and their details in table form.

• From the Staff Menu > Staff Location > Educator Map Tab > Educator List Tab
• Search the locations by typing on Educator Locations textbox and click Find button
• Enquiries checkbox is displayed and when ticked, it will show all Customer Enquiries
• Educator List will display the following columns which can be sorted and filters: Name, Phone Day, Mobile, and Address
• Hover on a pin it will display the Educator Name
• Click the pin then a pop-up window will display consisting of Educator, Phone, Address, Employed From, Mobile and bookings of an enrolled child of the Educator.
