Playground Web: Reports

The Reports page in Playground Web allows you to summarise and report on events happening in your centre. This information and data can be collected regularly to ensure your expectations for the centre are being met.

Playground makes it possible to report on the following features:

  • Transport Lists
  • Health Events
  • Head Counts
  • Emergency Evacuations
  • Drill Evacuations
  • Incident Reports


To access the Reports screen in Playground Web:

  1. Log in to Playground Web playground.myxplor.com 

  2. Click Reports from the left hand side menu

  3. Select the category you’d like to download a report on.

All reports are downloaded as CSV files, with the exception of Incident Reports which will download as PDF files.
 

 

Transport Lists

Transport Lists created in Playground App are able to be summarised and downloaded into a PDF report as required. 

The report will populate with:

  • Transport details (List Name, Date of Transport, Pick up from, Pick up time, Drop off at, Drop off Time)
  • Event Timeline ( Action, Event ID, Time, Educator, Details)
  • Children Attending (Child/Children full name, Pick up time and by whom, Drop off time and by whom)
  1. Log in to Playground Web playground.myxplor.com 

  2. Click Reports from the left hand side menu

  3. Select Transport from the category tabs across the top of screen

  4. Filter dates to find the report you are wanting to download

  5. Press Download Report to the right hand side of the chosen Transport List
  6. Save PDF to your chosen location
  7. Done

Health Events

Health Reports can be downloaded into CSV format to show a record of the events logged through a set day or timeframe.

The downloadable report will show:

  • The type of health event
  • What action was noted
  • Room
  • Educator
  • Child
  • Date
  • Time stamp
  • Notes attached


You can set a start and end date to filter the reports, as well as filter by event type, child and room as follows:

  1. Navigate to Reports through Playground Web
  2. Select the Health toggle
  3. Under Type select either Sleep, Toileting/Nappies,  Sunscreen, Nutrition, Medication or Incident.
  4. Under Child either select an individual child's name or leave as all children
  5. Under Room you have the option to filter the report to a particular room or leave as all rooms
  6. Under Date Range you are able to select the date or the period of time you would like to see in the report
  7. Once Filtered select Download Report
  8. Done

Head Counts

You can filter the Head Count reports based on a date range, Time, Educator name and Room(s) by clicking on the title. The arrow facing down indicates ascending order (newest to eldest or a-z) the arrow pointing upwards indicated descending order (oldest to newest, z-a). You can set a start and end date to filter the reports on the individually download reports that are within that date criteria, or alternatively download a collated report for the entirety of your chosen dates.

The table & downloadable report show:

  • Date
  • Time
  • Educator
  • Room
  • Child
  • Whether the child was counted or not

Emergency Evacuations

Emergency and Lockdown reports populated from the event logged through Playground App. You can set a start and end date to filter the reports on the individually download reports that are within that date criteria. The report will download in CSV format and will include:

  • Emergency Start Time
  • Emergency End Time
  • Emergency Duration
  • Educator Name
  • Child/Children First Name
  • Child/Children Last Name
  • Child Observed as Safe
  • Time observed as Safe
  • Notes

Drills

Emergency and Lockdown Drill reports populated from the event logged through Playground App. You can set a start and end date to filter the reports on the individually download reports that are within that date criteria. The report will download in CSV format and will include:

  • Emergency start/end time
  • Emergency duration
  • Educator name
  • Child first/last name
  • Children marked "Safe" (including date/time recorded)

Incident Reports

Incident Reports can be downloaded through playground Web. You can filter based on a date range, Room, Alphabetical via children's names, Reported by and Status. The report will provide a summary of data such as:

  • Date
  • Child 
  • Room 
  • Educator 
  • Status of the incident record (unsigned, signed)

 

You can set a start and end date to filter the records on, the individually download/print incident records that are within that date criteria by clicking the download button on the right side of each row.
