Payments received from Parents/Guardians can be recorded by Staff via the Discover app.
- Sign-in to the Discover App by entering your PIN.
- Tap on 'Payments' in the top menu.
- Select the child from the dropdown.
- Select the Bill Payer.
- Select the Payment Method.
- Change the Created Date, if necessary.
- Type in the Receipt Amount and/or Donation Amount (where applicable)
- Add any optional Comments, Transaction Numbers, Transaction References, Banks Numbers or Additional Information.
- Tap 'Make Payment'.
