Add a Bank Reference Number

Bank Reference Numbers do not Import into Discover from other Softwares.

You can use the Child First and Last Name if you do not want to add in the existing Bank Reference Numbers you currently use, or you can use this guide to create your own.


1. Go to the Children Menu

2. Click on the Billpayer

3. Click on the Contact Details Tab

4. Scroll down to Bank Reference

5. You can type in the existing Bank Reference the family uses

OR

Click on Suggest and Discover will create one for you.





Please Note: If you have had a Data Import from another software provider, you may not see the Bill Payers Details Section when you go to add the Bill Payer Reference.
For this to appear:

  • Go to the Children Tab 
  • Click on the Child Name
  • Click on the Enrolment Tab 
  • Click on the most current enrolment 
  • It will open up
  • Scroll Down and Click on Save on the Right hand side

You will now be able to go back to the Billpayer Profile and add in the Bank Reference Number you wish to use.
