We have some exciting enhancements to share with our services.

The following feature will be available from 22 October 2025.
Incident Records—Digital Signature requests in Home
The Home app now supports digital signatures, streamlining the incident reporting process for educators and families alike.
With this enhancement, educators can now request parent or carer acknowledgements and signatures at the time of notification, thereby eliminating delays and reducing the need for follow-up during pick-up. Alternatively, educators retain the option of having families sign the incident record upon collection, allowing for in-person conversations if preferred.
If a signature is requested via the Home app, parents or carers will see a new ‘Acknowledge & Sign’ button in the incident record.
Real-Time Signature Requests: Educators can now request signatures directly through the Home app, ensuring incidents are documented promptly and securely.
Fewer Delays, Stronger Compliance: By reducing signature collection bottlenecks, services can avoid audit failures and minimise the risk of penalties, keeping compliance smooth and stress-free.
More Time for What Matters: Guardians and carers can focus on their child’s wellbeing and engage meaningfully with educators, without being sidetracked by paperwork or administrative tasks.
