Payroll Exports

Discover currently provides Payroll data files for:

• NetPay Payroll
• MYOB Payroll
• iPayroll
• Smart Payroll
• Ace Payroll
• FlexiTime
• Crystal Payroll
• Datacom
• Payhero Payroll

Navigate to Staff Reports > Staff Payroll Export - here there will be a list of Providers under the Payroll Format dropdown list.

Specify the date range you would like to cover and the file can be downloaded immediately to your PC or you can email it elsewhere.

In the Staff Records, in the Payroll Information section, define the Payroll ID for the staff member and within the Centre Settings > Roster, each task can be assigned Payroll Codes to match your Payroll setup.

Note from Crystal Payroll:  You can now select "Discover" in the integration list in the payroll settings to allow the file to be imported.
