ACE Payroll format uses several different layouts depending on the tasks.
Per the ACE Pay Export specification, we use the #50 style (http://www.acepay.co.nz/importsp.htm#hrsdept) or the #70 style (http://www.acepay.co.nz/impsp070.htm)
The codes for the different tasks you assign to staff in the Roster are managed via Centre Settings > Roster Tab
The #70 is used for Absent/Leave type tasks.
Within each task in, you assign Payroll codes. Note that ACE Payroll does not use the Sub-Code. This helps build the Export file for you to then import into ACE Payroll.
The standard format Discover Exports for the #50 is:
#50,StaffCode,Department,TotalHrs,JobTitle
Please enter the details by going into Staff > Staff details > Payroll Information section
