Smartly Payroll Integration

In order to integrate Smartly Payroll with Discover, the format requires a number of fields to be completed within Discover to match up for the import.


Within the Staff record there is a field there for the employee code for Smartly Payroll. There are codes for the different tasks you assign to staff in the Roster which are managed Centre Settings > Roster Tab.



Within each task you assign Payroll codes and sub-codes. As advised by Smartly Payroll  #50 determines the type of payment in Smartly. If this is for normal hours payment, the Payroll Code should be #50.


Select the Task you want, and enter the value "1" in the Payroll Sub-Code Field. According to Smartly Payroll, "1" is used for the "Standard Hourly Rate".
