Rostering: Copy

If you have previously created a roster you might like to use the Copy tab to copy the roster from a previous week and then edit it.  

 


To navigate to copy:

  1. In the left-side menu, navigate to Staff Rosters tab.
  2. Select the Copy tab across the top of the page.


Any date or date range can be copied. If there is existing roster information on the dates being copied to, Discover will display a warning that you will write over and delete any existing data in the target date range.


1. Select the Copy From start and end date

2. Select the Copy To start date (the end date will automatically prefill based on the number of days/weeks being copied).



3. Once ready, select copy the entered dates above. 



4. Once completed, the screen will show a green tick and state Success. 
Administrators will now be able to navigate to Roster Sheet and Roster Scheduler to view the roster/s and make and required changes to the particular day.

Please note: Any changes made to a day/date will only apply to that day/date and will not alter any dates this was copied from.
