Staff: Enquiries

Staff enquiries can be entered directly through Discover by interested Teachers and Administrators.
The enquiries form can be embedded onto the centre's website or the link can be sent direct via email to potential staff. 
These expressions of interest can be located in Enquiries > Staff tab. 



Widget


Navigate to Centre Setup > Setup Widgets.
Select 'Staff Enquiry at this Centre' to view the link and send to prospective staff, or view the section 'Information for your Web Developer' for a guide to embedding the link on the centre website.


Submitting an Enquiry


Using the direct link the widget on your centre's website, prospective staff can enter their information and credentials as below:

Staff Details:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • Address
  • Areas of interest

Fields will be highlighted in red if the prospective employee submits without completing mandatory sections.


Managing Enquiries


The centre manager will receive an alert via email when a new staff enquiry comes in. 
A notification will also appear in the Dashboard Staff Alerts panel that a new staff enquiry has been made, which will be displayed for 7 days or until the change in status from New Enquiry is made.


To action an Enquiry

  1. Navigate to Enquiries > Staff > Click on the prospective staff member's name from within the enquiries screen.
  2. Type any internal comments if needed.
  3. Specify whether they will be visible to the Centre or at a Group or Chain level.*
  4. Click 'Save'.
  5. Select the check button to accept their application, or the cross button to remove their enquiry.



*Selecting Group or Chain level will mean this Enquiry can be viewed and/or accepted in Staff Enquiries across all centres within the group/chain
