Home App: User Sign In & Out

Parent/Guardians have the ability to login to three of our platforms: 

1. Home App 
2. Home Web
3. Discover App

You can download the Home App via the App Store or Google Play Store by following our guide here. Parent/Guardians also have access to Home Web desktop site here.

Home App:

To sign in to the Home App once downloaded, navigate as follows:

1. Navigate to the Login screen
2. Select your location.
3. Input the parent/guardian email address as per their Home account set up
4. Input the parent/guardian password as per their Home account set up (if the family member has forgotten their password, they can press "Forgot Password" from this screen to update)
5. Select the orange Login

To sign out, navigate as follows:

1. Navigate to the Account screen
2. Select Settings
3. Press the orange Logout

Home Web

To login to Home Web, parent/guardians of children should navigate as follows:

1. Navigate to home.myxplor.com
2. Input the parent/guardian email address and password
3. Select login

Please Note: In any of the three platforms, families have the ability to reset their password.
