Regular Weekly Tasks


Add Parent Payments 

This can be done account at a time, upload from the bank or connection to Xero. Whether this is done daily or weekly is a business choice, however, we would recommend this is done prior to sending out the current invoices.


Run your Invoicing as per your Cycle - the most common cycle is Weekly.
