Set Up Your Teachers:


Before you begin -

Your Teachers will require to be set up in Discover so they can access the Playground Software.


Log into Discover & Go to the Staff Menu:

  • The Personal Email - is the email address that connects with Playground. 
  • Make sure NO ACCESS is unticked
  • Scroll to the bottom & Click on Save


Once your Discover Software has been activated for Playground, the Enable Staff for Playground will be accessible. Once this box is ticked, it will send the Teacher/Staff Member an email to set up their account.


Your Teacher/ Staff Member will need to follow the below steps to set up their Account for Playground.


Log into Discover and go to Centre Settings > Child Fields:

You will need to make sure that there is a permission that states - "Can use image for Playground" or "I consent for my child's image to be used in Playground"


You can then print out the child's enrolment form and advise the parents that permissions require updating.
Then you will need to go to the Children Tab > Click on each child's name:

For all the children who have the new Playground permission ticked, you can tick in here, scroll to the bottom and click on Save
