Playground Onboarding Checklist

Administration

  1. Review the centre email listed within Centre Setup > Centre Settings.
  2. Ensure centre email is not an email address currently used by a staff profile. If the centre email is shared with a staff profile and that staff profile will require access to Playground, please update the staff email address. You will require unique email addresses for both your service and your staff members to access Playground.
  3. For each of the educators you wish to have access to Playground, review their staff profile under the Staff screen and ensure they have a valid and up to date Personal Email address. We recommend using this as a data cleansing exercise to ensure you have the most up to date information on your staff members
  4. Email onboarding.discover@suprioradmin.co.nz to advise steps 1 & 2 in Playground Onboarding have been completed. After the onboarding team received the above email, the Playground integration will be enabled for your service(s)

If you have multiple services, please complete steps 1 and 2 above for all services
