Setting Up your Service
Once you have discussed enabling the Discover Playground integration with your account manager, you will receive a service account email instructions on how to set up your Service Log In. The email will look similar to this one below:
Create your password using the "Set Password" button and follow the prompts and use these credentials when you first login to Playground App on your mobile devices for the Service Sign In.
Setting Up Teachers
1. Go to Staff records in Discover and tick the Playground checkbox to invite your staff who will be using Playground. This will be sent to the email address recorded under the staff's personal email.
2. Once you have completed the steps above, this will trigger a Welcome Email to be sent to your Educators at their provided email addresses, and will walk them through setting up their Teacher account for Playground App and Web.
