How to Print Pre Filled Enrolment Forms

If you have had a Migration of Data into Discover, (Change Of Ownership) you can print out an enrolment form, have the parent fill in anything missing and have them sign.

1.Go to the Children Screen

2.Click on the Child Name

3. You will see the child details Page, Scroll to the Bottom

4.Click on Enrolment Agreement Form

5.Scroll to the bottom of this page (any information will be pre filled)

6.Click on Print

Hand these out to the parents to sign to be compliant with the Ministry after a Change of Ownership has been completed.
