Discover allows you to customise email templates, providing a consistent and professional format when sending communications to families.
While you don't need to configure every template during your initial setup, there are a few key templates that are recommended to be set up from the beginning.
If you plan to use the Digital Enquiry process in Discover, it's also a good idea to configure these templates from day one, ensuring any enquiries received can be responded to promptly and consistently.
- Navigate to Centre Setup
- Select Templates
In the search box, type Default - this will find the Email Default Signature Template

Click on the template and it will open
You can then enter the signature you want to appear at the bottom of every email sent.
You can also upload an attachment if you choose.

You can send yourself a test email or Select Save
Other handy emails to have set up:
- Tax Invoice Instructions
- Tax Statement Instructions
Add your Centre Bank Details to these templates so Families can see the Bank Information when invoicing is run.

- Accepted Email
- Contacted Email
- Information Sent Email
- New Enquiry Email
- Not Interested Email
- Place Offered Email
- Post Tour Follow-up Email
- Tour Completed Email
- Tour Scheduled Email
