1) When you need to talk to someone about your Discover or Playground subscription invoice, please get in touch with our billing team at int.accounts@xplortechnologies.com. For all other forms of support, please don't hesitate to contact us via the contact information above.
2) Increased your hourly rates/fees and need to know how to update your fee structures in Discover? This short video will walk you through the process.
3) You have three options for creating repeating patterns for weekly enrolments:
- Repeat every second week
- Repeat every second fortnight
- Repeat every alternate week
