No charge fees can be used in situations in which you do not want to charge any fees to the parent or you would like to give a full discount for a child for a number of days (ie for promotions, medical reasons, etc).
To set up a no charge fee, navigate to Centre Setup > Fees > Create New.
- Set the Fee engine as Hourly or Daily
- Set the Time per your licence hours (or you can use a default like 7:00am to 6:00pm)
- Set the Fee amount as $0
- Save the settings.
You can now apply this is the enrolment and it would charge $0 on the selected days.
