The Notes feature found in the Centre menu option, enables administrators to view the history of:
- Bulk Actions
- Bulk Communications
- Invoices
- Notices
- Any custom categories
Details about the type of communication, upload date, user and any attachments can be viewed:
- Navigate to Centre > Notes
- Select the relevant category to the left, if necessary.
- Click on the Note or print icon to the right-hand side to view further details.
