Release Notes: v1.23.2

These features will be available to customers from 20th January 2023.

Centre Selector

• We’ve fixed up the centre selector in the top left to make it quicker and improve the display even further. It also automatically selects the search bar to make it easier to find the centre if you’re part of a larger group or chain.

Reports

• When running the Aged Debtors report with multiple centres selected, we’ve rebuilt the report to send one email with Centre Names rather than multiple individual emails. 
• There is a known issue with diacritics (accents, e.g. kōwhai) that Excel is having trouble with; we’re aiming to fix this in an upcoming release but wanted to at least prevent multiple emails from being delivered. 
• We’ve updated the information panel on the Centre Funding Analysis report to provide a clearer explanation of how the report calculates.

Bug Fixes

• A bug has been fixed when trying to add a new enrolment that disagrees with the fee structure. New enrolments can now be added despite not obeying the fee structure configuration, with the incorrect fee prompt showing as expected.
• The feature “Pay by Direct Credit” has been adjusted to ensure it doesn’t export a negative amount for BNZ uploads. You can learn more about this process here.
• The Notes button is back! It had become hidden for future enrolments, but we’ve fixed this to make sure it shows again.
