Features & Enhancements

Waitlist

• A new option called Lost Opportunity Reason has been added if a Waitlisted child is marked as Not Interested on the Marketing tab. A selection of common reasons is available, and the ability to select “Other” and another field called Lost Opportunity Explanation appears, which is required if “Other” is selected. This will improve insights for centres as to why they might be losing waitlisted children. These fields will be added to reports shortly.

RS7

• The RS7 “Lock” button will now lock the Roster from being edited for that period as well as Attendance.

Bug Fixes

• Hyperlinks will not be pasted when copying data from the Child Details report into Microsoft Excel.

• The Sleep Room Supervision report will only show and print times within the services' hours of operation.

• All Day and Sessional Kindy funding rates for July 2023 have been fixed up.

• More additional work has been completed on improving sessions for users with multiple different centres open in different tabs.

• The signature field now correctly displays on the Roll Call Report.

• Spaces will not be included in the temporary password for the enrolment widget.

• Sometimes the “Pay by direct debit” option was not showing for Bill Payers. This has been resolved.
