Features & Enhancements
Enquiries & Waitlist
A popular request from Canny, “No Spaces Available,” has been added to the Enquiry Status dropdown menu. This has the same behaviour as “Not Interested.” We’ve also added “Walk In” to the Enquiry Source so administrators can report on how many potential families are Walk-ins.
The ability to remove Enquiries completely from the Enquiry list (Enquiries > Child Enquiries) has been added. This will also remove the children from the Children list if you are filtering by the “Enquiry” checkbox.
We have added a flag for the two developmental questions that show on the Enquiry widget regarding toileting and previous childcare. Users can now choose to hide those questions entirely. This setting can be found under Centre Settings > Waitlist Settings.
Bug Fixes
The Enrolment Attestation form has had the number of enrolments increased. This fix will print as many enrolments as possible on a single page before splitting over two pages.
There will no longer be an error when adding a contact when the centre’s country is set to the Isle of Man.
The search bar being hidden when viewing the Dashboard has been resolved.
For services in the UK, the Copy Child functionality has been adjusted so it correctly copies the child despite their linked doctor not having an address.
