Features & Enhancements

These features will be available on Thursday, 9 November.

Roster

  • We have added an automatic lock to Roster activities, making it easier to maintain data integrity when it comes to rostered staff and their hours worked. The grace period available is based on working days and looks at the Centre Calendar, ensuring centre closures are not counted. This change improves on the singular “day by day” manual roster lock that is done on the Roster Sheet. The roster can be unlocked by using the existing Lock/Unlock button.

Enrolment

  • The Category (I) Medicines section on the enrolment form has been updated to include tick boxes for Yes/No, and the wording has been adjusted to read exactly the same as the MOE enrolment form example.

Group Reporting

  • The following analysis reports have had the Location Cost code added as a field:
    • Management Statistics Analysis

    • Centre Funding Analysis

    • Group Funding Analysis

    • Roster Analysis

  • The Datacom Payroll export has had the Location Cost code added as a column if it is turned on for that group and can now be run for multiple centres or groups.

Bug Fixes

  • The latency between signing in a child on the tablet and them appearing as signed in on Discover has been reduced.
  • Xplor Pay by Debit Success payments will be sent through correctly.
  • The Sleep Room Supervision report will only show and print times within the services' hours of operation.
  • Work has been done to prevent attendances or absences from being sent through to ELI if they are recorded against a temporary closure.
  • Home-based dashboard alerts will no longer show for non-home-based services.
  • The Frequent Absence report has had further work to improve the print view.
  • The Nappy & Toileting chart has had the extra blank page removed when printing this report.
