Features & Enhancements
These features will be available on Thursday, 26 October.
Fees
To help with the upcoming changes to 20 Hours ECE being available for two-year-olds from 1 March 2024, we’ve added a Clone button to fees, which will pre-fill all data from the original fee but allow editing of any fields. This will allow administrators to replicate the fee they’re currently using for three-year-olds but change the Age From (months) field (to 24) and the Date From field (to 01/03/2024) to help in the smooth transition for new or existing bookings for eligible children.
Reports
- We have removed the Ministry Guidelines, Explanation and Additional Tips sections from the print version of the Attestation Form, which is accessed via the Frequent Absence report.
We’ve added a Location Cost code to Centres that are part of Groups. This will allow larger groups to report on data with their own custom code assigned to their centres. If turned on, it will also appear under Centre Settings, and the column will appear in the Group Management Settings table.
Bug Fixes
The Xero Payroll integration under Payments > Integrations was not showing for some users. This has been resolved.
The sentence regarding the official identity document has been fixed to say “sighted” rather than “collected”.
Alerts will show on the dashboard for children missing NSNs regardless of whether their enrolment is in the present or future.
If the Child Details report is being run for multiple centres, the system will move the process into the background and email the CSV to the user rather than timing out.
We’ve removed the extra page from printing on the Child Details report.
We’ve removed the extra page from printing on the Daily Sleep chart.
We’ve removed the extra page from printing on the Children Attendance - Parent Verification report.
Centres will no longer be accidentally removed from a Group when Xplor Pay by Debit Success details are added and saved.
Tooltips on the Permissions panel will no longer be truncated due to apostrophes.
Alerts have been updated slightly to automatically dismiss at midnight the day after rather than at midnight on the day of the alert.
Extra work has been done to ensure the Child Alert correctly looks at a gap in attendance.
Mobile Release
There have been multiple updates to the tablet over the last couple of weeks that should have reduced the trouble users are experiencing on Android. The focus has been:
Tablet performance on Android 10
Speed issues across the board
Child data syncing correctly
Home app QR Code not working correctly
Random crash errors
Spot-check reports (Nappies/Sleep, etc.) not loading correctly
