RS7 Attendance Locking

This feature will allow staff with Submit RS7 permissions or staff with Chain or Group permissions (or Centre Administrators with Submit Funding ticked) to lock attendance data from being edited for a submitted RS7 funding period.

If the Attendance for a particular RS7 submission has been locked, then unlocked for over seven days, an alert will show on the dashboard with a reminder to lock the period again. 

Chat Support

Freshdesk Chat has been added to Discover! Just click on the “Help!” button in the top right of Discover, and a chatbox will be available to connect directly to our support team. This feature will be rolled out in stages, so if you can’t see it immediately, it will be available to you by the end of the month.

IMS Payroll

The IMS Payroll export has been improved  to automatically combine all paid hours, rather than separating them into different categories. 

Debitsuccess

Validation requirements on Debit Success sign ups have been removed for Administrators. If a paper DDR form has been completed, staff can add payment details on behalf of a bill payer without having to email the terms and conditions.

The 'Pay by Direct Debit' checkbox still needs to be ticked and saved prior to adding payment details.

Electronic Attendance Verification

If EAV is enabled and the leaving date is populated on the child profile, the weekly EAV email reminders t their parents will cease two weeks after this date. We’ve also added additional wording to the reminder email.

Bug Fixes

• There were instances where the Daily Attendance Report was incorrectly calculating the total - this has been remedied.

• For Teachers who have moved between services owned by the same Provider, the Email Payment Details and YTD Payroll Summary emails will ignore the Leave Date on the Staff Profile if the emails haven’t been previously sent.

• Additional logic has been applied to discounted holidays to ensure new enrolments are getting discounted correctly.

• Drivers Licence expiry alerts will now correctly show on the dashboard four weeks from expiry.

• For Homebased services, teachers’ addresses will now display correctly in the Educator Map under Staff Locations.

• Minor wording changes including changing “Target Funding Rate” to “Default Funding Rate” and the option “Standard” (when creating a default funding rate) to “Base” have been updated.
