Debit Success

If Debit Success is enabled for your centre, parents/ guardians that enrol their child online will be automatically redirected to add their payment details after the enrolment process. No Bill Payers will be charged or sent invoices until the enrolment is marked as Active.


When receiving an invite and then clicking the link to sign up for Debit Success as a parent/ guardian, the process has been broken down into clearer steps.


Permissions have been reviewed for the Direct Debits section under Centre Settings to ensure administrators only see the available options that are relevant to them.


RS7 Submission 

Adding to our new feature of locking attendance for an RS7 submission period, we’ve also implemented a “rolling lock” option that allows centre administrators to lock attendance from being edited after a certain period of time.

Attendance Locking 


Administrators can pick an Attendance Locking Grace Period under Enrolment Settings from one to four weeks. Users can then modify attendance data for the current week and the selected grace period depending on what is selected but are prevented from modifying attendance prior to their selection.


Staff Details Additional Field 


An additional field under Staff Details called “Child Protection Expiry” has been added. This works the same as the Police Check Expiry and First Aid Certificate and will send an alert to the dashboard 60 days before it’s due to expire.


Reports 

  • A new toggle has been added to the Children Enrolments report that allows users to toggle just the hours rather than the start/end times.
  • A new option for the Children Attendance report has been added called “Booked vs Attended” 
    • This will show the Booked Hours in one weekly column, against the Attended Hours in another weekly column, side by side. 
    • This report has also had an “Hours Only” toggle to show the hours rather than the start/end times.
  • Under “Payments - WINZ Options” in Centre Settings, a new option has been provided to allow the default week for the WINZ Payment report to be set to the previous week.
  • A new report has been added under Analysis Reports called “Group Funding Analysis”. This allows administrators for multiple centres to run the Centre Funding Analysis report for multiple centres at a time.
  • We have added an information panel to the Centre Balance report to explain how sometimes the amount won’t match due to previously reversed transactions that have been hidden on the Account Transactions list.

Staff Roster 


  • Changing a roster activity from active to inactive will not affect other roster activities. 
  • The first time a roster is locked is now being captured in the audit log.
  • The Shared Capacity button now displays correctly when a roster is locked. 


Multiple Centres 


We’ve fixed an issue where users that have two centres open in two tabs get redirected to the most recent centre they are logged into when performing search functions.


Discover Tablet  

Enquiry children can no longer be added for extra days via the tablet app for Playcentre care types.

Push notifications were fixed in the previous week.


Home & Playground App

Observed Feelings

Parents using the Home App and Teachers using the Playground App will no longer be able to access the ‘Observed Feelings’ feature when using moments and observations. This change is to ensure our products continue to adhere to the sector’s standards of suitable content to share.
