Features and Enhancements

Funding

• The recent funding rates for December 2023 and the adjusted funding rates for January 2024 and March 2024 have been updated.

Payments

• Some work has been done on improving the speed at which invoices are generated.

• We have updated the bill payer account tab description to ensure PayNow is shown differently than scheduled payments. 

Bug Fixes

• If rostered staff are reclassified as Leave during a closure in the Centre Calendar, any Lunch Breaks will not be considered in the paid Leave totals.

• The replacement tags used in templates have been updated to use the correct spelling of “centre”. Because most customers have edited templates, we have not made the changes inside the templates—we are leaving this to our customers to adjust. The system will support both spellings (e.g. [CentreName] and [CenterName]).

• Pay parity steps can now be added with '0' Previously Contributing Hours.

• The Centre Balance report should no longer time out when running this report for multiple centres.

• The Frequent Absence report has had some minor adjustments to the print version to ensure the column headers are not getting cut off.

• The replacement tag [OneWeekFromToday] is now pulling through the correct date.

• The error message displayed when clicking the link for the Xplor Pay by Debit Success terms and conditions has been tidied up.

• Staff that have left the centre will no longer have Certificate Expirations shown on the Centre Calendar.

• Some users who updated their Discover app on Android had issues signing in. A fix was released for this during the week commencing18 September.

• There were some timeout issues with the Centre Balance report, which have been fixed.
