Once you have Checked your Parent / Guardian Profiles

You can invite your Families to the Home App.

Communicate with your Families

Go to Bulk Communication

Tick Current Primary Caregivers

Push all emails over into the recipients box >>

Add in your Email to your Families about introducing Home & Upload the Parent Pack. (Sent to you by your Onboarding Specialist)

[FirstName] & [AccessPin] with autofill for each contact

Select Send 

Parents can sign into the Home App using their email address and tablet pin

OR

Go to Bulk Actions

Send Welcome Email 

and the Home Welcome Email is sent to all Active Families

The Parent follows the prompts to set a password

Then Download & Sign in to the App
