Playground App: View Child Details

Administrators and Teachers, with access to Playground App, are able to view child details such as health information and contacts associated with an individual child from within the Playground App.

Administrators, Educators and Teachers can view:

Timeline information, both historic and present day;
Health Information including Special considerations, dietary needs and allergies as listed through Discover;
Contacts such as parent/guardians and emergency contact persons as listed through Discover.

Timeline

Within the Attendance Tab and Health Tab, users can view an individual child's details by pressing on their photo or, the grey circle where their photo would be if not yet uploaded. From here the users will be able to peruse the child's timeline which will include logging of health events and attendance records for the selected date.

To change the data being viewed, please follow the below guide:

Log into Playground App
Select the Room in which the child populates
Sign in to your teacher profile
Select either the Attendance Tab or the Health Tab from the bottom menu
Select the child by pressing on their photo (or the grey circle where their photo would be if not yet uploaded)

From here you will land on the Timeline Tab, you can filter the data by selecting:

Select Showing and filter what event you are wanting to view (All Health Events, Attendance, Nappy, Medical, Nutrition, Sleep or Sunscreen)
Select For and filter to the date you are wanting to view (by default this will populate with the current dates information)
Select All Records and filter the records you are viewing (by default this will populate as All Records but can be filtered to view Teacher Records or Parent Records Exclusively)

Please Note: Parents/Guardians are able to use the Home App to log Health information for their child/children. Administrators, Educators and Teachers are able to view this information through filtering All Records or Parent Records.

Health

Within the Attendance Tab and Health Tab, users can view an individual child's details by pressing on their photo or, the grey circle where their photo would be if not yet uploaded. From here the users will be able to peruse the child's health information which will include Special Considerations, Allergies, Dietary Requirements and Details as entered in and through the Discover software.

To view a child's health information:

Log into Playground App
Select the Room in which the child populates
Sign in to your teacher profile
Select either the Attendance Tab or the Health Tab from the bottom menu
Select the child by pressing on their photo (or the grey circle where their photo would be if not yet uploaded)
From here you will land on the Timeline Tab, you will need to select Health Tab. In this screen, you can view information about the particular child selected by viewing the details under the Allergies Details.

Contacts

Within the Attendance Tab and Health Tabs, users can view an individual child's details by pressing on their photo or, the grey circle where their photo would be if not yet uploaded. From here the users will be able to view the child's Contacts as entered in and through the Discover software. To view a child's Contact information:

Log into Playground App
Select the Room in which the child populates
Sign in to your educator profile
Select either the Attendance Tab or the Health Tab from the bottom menu
Select the child by pressing on their photo (or the grey circle where their photo would be if not yet uploaded)
From here you will land on the Timeline Tab, you will need to select Contacts Tab. In this screen, you can view the contact information of the child's Parent/Guardians and Emergency Contacts.
