Logging in for the first time
If your service uses the Discover Parent Portal, you should receive an email with a link directing you to log in.
When you log in for the first time, enter your email address (This should be the same email address the service have on record for you) and click 'Reset Password'.
You will be emailed a temporary password - enter this in the prompt and create a new one for yourself.
Once you click on Update Password, your child/ren's details, including enrolments, will be visible.
Navigating the Portal
Scroll the Page to see the child/ren's name/s.
Here you can click on the child’s name to view more details.
Click on Edit next to the Child’s Name to access child information.
Please Note: You can only update Preferred First Name and Last Name & Address on the Child’s Record.
On the Contacts Table you can see the list of contacts who are currently associated with the child.
Click on the Edit button above to access the information fields on the Contact. Here you can update First & Last Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email only.
Scrolling further down the page, you will be able to view Booking information.
Account transaction information will also be visible further down the page.
