Per Funding Period
At least 8 weeks before the end of funding period review staff registered % and liaise with the Business Manager to maximise
Use the Centre Funding report to view Registered Staff Percentages - Reports > Finance Reports > Centre Funding.
Send out "Print Family Details" form to all parents to receive updated information in respect of address and telephone details
Use the Parent Portal - The Parent Login widget gives contacts, that are flagged as a 'Primary Caregiver', access where they can login and get basic information about the child and their contact details, also access to update child and child contact details.
If you are wanting a paper-based confirmation of the child's information then you can use the Child Profile Report and print each child's information individually. This can be found by going to the Child's Details tab, at the bottom of the screen select
