Review Monthly Attendance Summary, paying particular attention to absences and have bookings changed or re-signed as appropriate. 

Review Staff list and ensure registration details are up-to-date and accurate. 

Ensure leave dates have been entered for staff that have left and only currently employed staff are shown.

  • To check for Leaving dates you can use the Staff Details report - Reports > Staff Reports > Staff Details, add Leaving Date into your Report Fields. 

  • To add a leaving date to a staff member go to their Staff Details tab and enter the Leaving Date. 

Preview RS7 claim and review Registered %, liaise with the manager to take necessary action to improve registered %

Review staff rosters to ensure they are completed fully and appropriately and that any discrepancies are checked against timesheets to ensure audit trail is complete.

  • To view Individual Staff Hours go to Reports > Staff Reports > Staff Hours Detail. 

  • To view all Staff for a selected date range with a total number of hours for each roster task go to Reports > Staff Reports > Staff Hours By Activity.

Review children due to change rooms or due to leave for school and inform manager to ensure advertising is appropriate

  • For children's room change go to Reports > Children Reports > Child Details. From the Report Fields, you can select the filters required, e.g Room, Next Room, Next Room Change Date.

  • To view Children either starting or leaving soon go to Reports > Children Reports > Starting or Leaving.

Review children due to turn 3yrs and offer Free ECE

  • You can use the Child Details report. Select the date range required, from the Report Fields select the filters Birthdate and Age, select to Sort Order Age Descending and select the Category Age 2 years.  

  • To view children with birthdays coming up go to Reports > Children Reports > Birthday Calendar.
