Home Web can be accessed through the users desktop computer or laptop by navigating to home.myxplor.com. This article will guide users on how to navigate through Home Web and what user permissions they will be able to access.
Home Web is broken into the below tabs:

Dashboard
Through the dashboard, families are able to select on a child's profile to quickly view more details, they can select their name to the top right and:
- Change Profile
- Seek Help and Support
- Give Feedback
- Log Out
Change Profile
Families are able to switch between centre profiles or navigate to their educator profile by simply navigating as follows:
- Select user name to the top right
- Select the centre profile or educator profile they with to use
- Done
Messages
Through the messages tab, families are able to view posts sent by their Centre Administration team. These could include photo's, url or pdf links and enables the families to comment in response to the post.
Moments
Through the Moments tab, families will be able to view the moments they have uploaded and also those that other families members with access to Home have uploaded for their child/children. Through this tab, users can select a moment to view more detail, their will be able to see any comments left on the post and also leave a comment themselves if they would like to.
Observations, Documents, Canvas & Tables
Families are able to view, comment on and print Observations, Documents, Canvas and Tables that have been posted by their centre educators.
By navigating to any of the mentioned tabs and selecting the documentation they wish to view, families will see:
- The child/children tagged in the post
- The data enclosed in the documentation that the educators have shared
- A section to leave a comment and view other families comments
- The ability to print the documentation (top right)
Children
The children's tab enables families to view their child/children's profiles. This enables families to ensure the centre holds the most up to date and relevant data on their accounts.
This data is broken into the following tabs:
Learning
Learning tab enables the family to view all documentation their child has been tagged in. They are able to filter these posts by Moments, Observations, Documents, Canvas and Tables. These will appear in newest to eldest order.
Health
The Health tab outlines all the relevant health information held by the centre. These are broken into the following categories:
- Special Considerations
- Allergies
- Dietary Requirements
- Practitioner Details
- Medical Details
- Incident records - this will outline the 5 most recent and provide the family member with the ability to select the record to view more details.
About
Within the About tab, families will be able to view the Parents and Guardians linked to this chid's account. They will vie their listed Address and Cultural information provided to the service. They will also be able to see an overview of their Child's enrolment details, this being their Room, Age, Date of Birth and Gender if listed.
Finance
Primary Carers are the only users who are able to view the Finance tab. From within this tab, primary carers are able to view and download their statement of account. They are also able to set up their direct debit.
Payments Set Up:
For primary carers, the process for setting up direct debits is simple:
1. Select Finance from the list of options on the left-hand side of the page.
2. Select the Auto Debit Setup tab, at the top of the screen.
3. Enter your details, tick the check-box and read through the terms and conditions. Click 'Agree' if you'd like to proceed.
4. Click on 'Setup Payment Method'
5. Select either Credit Card or Bank Account
6. Enter your details, tick the authorisation check box, then the 'Add details' button and you're all done!
7. Done
