The Discover App allows centres to record the details of any visitors attending the premises.
The details that have been recorded through the app can be viewed by Staff within the app and via Reports in Discover.
Visitor Sign In
- Tap Visitor Sign In and enter mandatory fields (Name, Number, Purpose).
- Enter Optional fields.
- Tap 'Sign In'.
Visitor Sign Out
- Tap Visitor Sign Out.
- Tap 'Sign Out' next to the relevant name.
- Tap 'Ok' to confirm.
Viewing Visitors
In the Discover App
Visitor details can be viewed on the same day they have attended the centre by tapping the 'Visitors' icon at the top of the screen.
In Discover
Historical records of visitors can be viewed by navigating to Reports > Enquiry Reports > Centre Visitors.
