Features & Enhancements

These features are available now!

FamilyBoost Quarterly Statement Enhancements

  • When a FamilyBoost quarterly statement is generated—whether through an automated task or a bulk action—a note will now be included in the billpayer notes, along with a copy of the statement.
  • We recognise that it is critical that centres have the ability to review FamilyBoost quarterly statements before sending them out to billpayers. Moving forward, when the ‘Email Invoices/Statements To Centre Only’ checkbox is ticked in the Invoice Settings, centre admins will receive the quarterly statement instead of the bill payer. When this checkbox is unticked, the bill payer will receive the statements as expected.

Homebased Quarterly Statements for FamilyBoost

  • We have revised the FamilyBoost quarterly statement process to better accommodate Homebased centres. If a child’s enrolment is linked to a single teacher, that teacher's GST number will be displayed on the statement. However, if multiple teachers (more than one) are associated with the enrolment, the quarterly statement will not include any GST numbers. Additionally, in cases where a single teacher does not have a GST number, it will also be omitted from the quarterly statement.

Bug Fixes

  • We’ve been working on improving the Enrolment Income Analysis Report’s time-out issue when users attempt to run it for multiple centres. As a result, the overall performance of the report should experience fewer time-outs.
  • We have resolved an issue that prevented email addresses entered in the ‘Copy Financial Emails To’ field on the bill payer's profile from receiving the FamilyBoost Quarterly Statements. Now, any email addresses in this field will successfully receive the quarterly statements, whether they are sent through automation or as part of a bulk action.

Discover Tablet App

v 5.8.14

  • We have made speed and performance enhancements to the Discover Tablet App for both iOS and Android.

Rich Text Editor in Posts

  • Rich text editing enables educators to effortlessly create, edit and format text with various styling options. This tool includes features such as bold, italic, underline, font types and sizes, text colour, alignment, lists and more. The editor is equipped with a user-friendly toolbar that houses icons or buttons for diverse formatting choices, simplifying the process of applying styles.
