Features & Enhancements
These features will be available on 2 February 2024.
Waitlist
We’ve added Enquiry Status and Lost Opportunity Reason to the Child Waitlist report and made it possible to run this report for multiple centres at the same time.
Roster
We have modified the Ratio Toggle button to now show additional information in the fifteen-minute segments to try and help users apply Discretionary Hours. Hovering over the Calculator icon on the Roster Sheet will now show two options:
Rostered Teachers will show the original extension on the left-hand side, indicating whether the Amount of teachers is meeting the required ratio of teachers to children as per your license.
Required Teachers is a new option, which will show the Required teachers (to meet the ratio) but then break that into Registered and Unregistered counts. Viewing the Roster Sheet this way will reduce the need to run any reports to analyse where Discretionary Hours could potentially be used for Unregistered Staff in order to increase the funding band for that day.
Sticky Sessions
Considerable work has been done to streamline the user experience when multiple tabs are open with different centres in each tab. This work has spanned across many sprints and most recently has touched on improving:
Rosters
Staff Logins
Copy Staff
Access Permissions
Bug Fixes
Staff members who have Chain permissions should now be able to access both the centre where they are a staff member and any centres in the Chain.
The 500 Error that users encountered when trying to load Templates has been resolved.
Users with Group access should now be able to access all centres as part of that group.
Users with Group access that also have permissions that allow access to Funding Reports will now be able to see all centres as part of that Group rather than just the centre their staff record is associated with.
