Bug Fixes
- Past children showing on quarterly statements: Previously, children who had exited the centre continued to appear on the FamilyBoost quarterly statements, even if they were not enrolled during the specified period. This issue has now been addressed, and children will no longer be included in the statements if they were not enrolled in the selected timeframe.
- Daily sleep chart printing error: We have addressed an issue where the page breaks were incorrectly placed when printing the daily sleep chart. The printout will now have a cleaner presentation of data.
Discover Support Holiday Hours
Over the holiday season, Discover by Xplor Support will be operating in a modified capacity across the following dates:
Week beginning Monday, 23 December: Support is available from 9:00 am–5:00 pm (email only)
Support will be unavailable from Wednesday, 25 December–Friday, 27 December 2024.
Week beginning Monday, 30 December: Support is available from 9:00 am—5:00 pm (email only).
Support will be unavailable from Wednesday, 1 January–Thursday, 2 January 2025.
We will return to regular operating hours (8:00 am–5:00 pm) from 6 January 2025.
