Features & Enhancements
These features are available now!
Waitlist
When sending the periodic waitlist reminder email to families, if the user requests to be removed from the waitlist, they will be asked to complete a short survey to capture the reason for the lost opportunity.
Advanced Controls
The ability for Discover support to hide the Property menu is available for those who might want to restrict administrators from accessing information or data that might be handled in a different system and is, therefore, irrelevant.
While editing an enrolment, the option to hide the “Do not prompt” in the pop-up is available under Centre Settings. This can be used to ensure users receive the pop-up each time an enrolment is saved to prevent any data errors.
Bug Fixes
Iwi data shows correctly on the Child Details report when one or multiple Iwi are selected.
Some work has been done on ensuring ELI receives the correct type of data when a child is marked absent or on holiday.
The wording for the online enrolment widget email has been updated to be clearer.
The issue where certain users encountered an error preventing them from copying the roster due to the system incorrectly indicating it was locked has been resolved.
ECE hours will be correctly allocated when children are 5 years and 11 months old.
Centres using Xplor Pay by Debit Success will not have payments sent through for parents in credit.
Discover Tablet App - Android v5.7.85
We’ve updated the Android version of the Discover app for Playcentres to allow manual adjustment of the subsidy hours when adding an extra day on the tablet. When adding an extra day for a child, a new toggle called “Apply Subsidy Hours” will show. By default, if the child is above three years old and is eligible for subsidy hours, Discover will automatically toggle the subsidy hours as “On”, with the ability to toggle the automatic application of subsidy hours “Off”. If the child is not eligible for subsidy hours, or if they are under three years old, the toggle will be disabled.
