Features & Enhancements

These features will be available on Friday 21st June.

New Report: Aged Debtors

  • We have added a Weekly Aged Debtors report under the Finance report section.
This report will function much like the existing Aged Debtors report but show a weekly breakdown rather than a monthly one. The report is in the new framework to allow easy data export for manipulation. Selecting multiple centres will send the report as a CSV.

Bug Fixes

  • Users can save Staff Profiles without issue.
  • Roster conflicts will now show immediately upon load of the roster for any staff rostered at another centre.
  • Rule 1 on the Frequent Absence report now correctly follows the handbook when it comes to holidays or extended closures and should be more accurate.

Discover Tablet App

Version 5.8.10

  • Playcentre sign-in and out has been fixed and is functioning as expected.
