Home-based Enrolments

We have added the required information regarding Educator top up payments into the home-based enrolment form as per the MOE’s example. The text exists in a template to allow users to edit the top-up payment amount and uses a replacement tag to pull through the educator’s name (if printing the pre-filled enrolment form from the child screen).

Payroll

We have a new Datacom payroll export that separates employees into specific days rather than combining the dates and activities.

Bug Fixes

Some work has been done to exclude Emergency Closures from breaches of Rule 3 for the Frequent Absence report.
Rule 1 was being applied too harshly, and we’ve made the logic clearer when determining Rule 1 breaches.
There was a small issue regarding particular events that weren’t being submitted to ELI. This has been resolved.

Playground

This feature will be available from Wednesday, 12 June, 2024.
