Features & Enhancements

These features are available now!

Reporting Changes

• A new report has been added under Children Reports called “Active Benefactors” that shows any active benefactors (whether they are receiving WINZ payments, ELP payments, StudyLink, etc.) for a specific period. The report can be run at a centre, group or chain level and has all the new functionality for copying, exporting or printing. 
  
• The Group Funding report has had a few changes made so it can also run for Playcentre and Home-based services that are part of a group or chain. 
• The Centre Balance report will now show a historical breakdown of balances owing on prior months if the parameter “Owing Money” is selected in the Centre Balance Type option. This will give the user an overview of any billpayers with significant outstanding debt in certain months. 
• The Financial Transaction report can now be sent as a CSV if more than one centre is selected. 

Other Enhancements

• Dates for the most recent RS7 and Census submissions have been added to the Group Management page. Users with access to this page can see the most recent submission for MOE-related requirements.  

Bug Fixes

• Latency issues have been worked on for delays to discount and enrolment changes
• Group Funding and Group Funding Summary reports will no longer give 500 errors if the centre is not part of a Group or Chain.
• Teacher-led Te Kōhanga Reo services should no longer get 500 errors when loading the Centre Funding Summary report or navigating to Centre Settings or Staff Details screens.

Discover Tablet App (Android only)

A new update has been published to the Google Play Store and is available now. This update includes:  

• When adding a parent in the Visitor Enrolment form, the Done button displays correctly, and the date selector functions as expected. 
• The Child List will correctly filter when selecting the Room option.
