Bug Fixes

• dis-2094  dis-3119  Improved error handling and address validation for DS API to ensure consistent form behaviour and accurate display of validation messages during submission.

• dis-2542  Enhanced staff filtering logic in ECE return submission to accurately include or exclude staff based on start and leave dates across all service types.

• dis-4392  Implemented TDR submission to MOE with accurate XML generation, status tracking and user feedback on success or failure.

• dis-4453  Updated ECE Return with new 2025 census period dates and configured applicable fields and submission timelines accordingly.

• dis-4463 Restricted editing of Waha Rumaki/PITA return period dates post-submission, allowing only submission dates to be updated with clear user guidance.
