Bug Fixes
Absence Exemption: Updated validation to ensure funding is only claimed for allowed absence periods, based on the 12-week exemption rule.
RS7 Submissions: Improved validation to show a clear message when required salary attestation details are missing, while allowing exceptions for specific service types and older submissions.
Temporary Closure Events: Updated the system to stop sending data for services that have closed or not yet started, and to remove any previously sent records with incorrect dates.
Child Details Report: Fixed an issue where the report page sometimes failed to load. The page now loads correctly whether one, multiple or no centres are selected, and the ‘save’ button behaves as expected.
Census Submission: Improved the census submission process by adding clear messages for success or failure and ensuring all required information is checked before submission.
Child Details Report: Improved performance of the Child Details report.
ECE Funding Payment File Format: Updated the report template to rename the ‘Pay Unit’ column to ‘Provider #,’ and added validation to ensure uploaded files match the updated template format.
ECE Returns: Updated access and management of return periods, allowing only authorised users to add, edit or delete periods with proper validations and notifications.
ECE Returns: ECE Returns Override functionality is currently under a feature flag, which remains turned off in the Production environment as development is still in progress.
