Welcome to Discover.
You’re just a few steps away from having your service set up and ready to go.
Before you start using the system, complete these quick steps to ensure your service is ready to operate. Most centres complete this setup in under 10 minutes.
Access Your Account
1. Go to the Discover Login page.
2. Select 'Forgot Password'.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Check your email and create your password.
5. Return to the login page and sign in.
Your Onboarding Specialist has already created your first user account.
Check Your Centre Details
Navigate to: Centre/Service Setup → Centre Details
Review the following information:
- Centre Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Centre Email
Important: Update the email fields so Discover communications are sent to the correct address.
Update the following if required:
- Centre Email
- Xero Results Email
- Accounts Email
- Marketing Email
- Child Leaving Notification Email
- Website Enquiry Email
Upload Your Logo (Optional but Recommended)
Navigate to: Centre/Service Setup → Centre Details
Upload:
- Centre Logo
- Tablet Background Image
These will appear on parent communications, tablets, and within Discover screens.
Review Your Licence Details
Navigate to: Centre/Settings Setup → Licences
Confirm:
Licence Days
Licence Capacity
Licence Times
This information connects to government funding and compliance reporting.
Service Bank Details
Navigate to: Centre/Settings Setup → Template
Search for Tax Invoice Email
Tax Statement Instructions
Tax Invoice Instructions
You can add this information into all 3
Set up your Service / Centre Calendar
Navigate to Service/Centre > Calendar
Set holidays specific to your centre (e.g. Christmas closure)
Set holiday entries appear in orange.
Statutory & Anniversary Holidays in Grey are Markers only
