There are a number of options available to you to view Child Attendance data in Discover, detailed below:
Child Details Tab
The most comprehensive place to locate child attendance data is located in the Child Details tab of their individual profile. Click on the Centre Funding button at the bottom of the page, which will provide full historic details of this child's bookings and attendance.
Sign In/Out Data
In the Calendar tab in the child profile, select the check box "Show Timings & People".
One ticked the booking times, attendance times and who signed them in/out will be displayed in the calendar.
The Attendance Report button at the top of the Calendar tab can also be used, which will direct you to the Child Attendance Report where a date range for attendance data can be specified.
This report is also available via Reports > Children Reports.
