Administrators are able to Add, Edit, Delete and monitor their centre's child attendance through the Attendance screen.
There are three viewing options for Attendance:
- Attendance (a daily view of all children enrolled)
- Weekly Attendance (a weekly view of one child's enrolment)
- Weekly Attendance - All (a weekly view of all child enrolments from a specified room)
The options listed above are primarily for viewing preferences. The functionality is the same across all views.
Room Filter: Switch between Rooms (or view All Children - only available in Attendance).
Sort By: Provides different views of data by reordering based on the below categories.
Calendar: Select a specific day to view attendance data (Attendance) or select the Monday date of the week to be viewed (Weekly Attendance and Weekly Attendance - All).
Save Data: Any edits made in the attendance screen will not embed unless Save is selected.
Add Child: Administrators will be able to add additional children to the roll and assign an adhoc session by selecting this button.
Error Codes: This refers to the errors codes that might populate within the system. The sessions in which an error has occurred will be highlighted with the below coding.
Data Filters: These columns refer to the data being viewed on the page.
Child: Children's first and last name
Room: The room in which the session is booked
From: Attendance start time for session
To: Attendance end time for session
Duration:Total time the child was in attendance at the service
Status: Refers to the status of their session (Attend, Absent, Holiday, Unknown)
Funding: Refers to the sessions funding status (Casual, Normal, Unfunded, Not in Funding Ratio)
Discount: Any discounts that might apply to this booked session will be listed here
Comment: Administrators are able to leave comments on the session
