Features & Enhancements

Reporting Updates

• We have added a range of new field parameters to the Child Details report, allowing for further customisation of this report. Utilising these new parameters with the new Report Template feature will allow administrators to generate a range of different reports for many different use cases. 

Other Enhancements

• Additional funding rates for 2025 have been added. 

Bug Fixes

• Discover will no longer add (SV) back onto corrected absences that were previously incorrectly marked as Absent (SV) or Attended (SV). 
• The Weekly Forecast report will correctly find and display Waitlisted children in instances where the child only has waitlisted days without any active enrolments. 
• Siblings are now being displayed correctly when selecting Siblings as an option in the Child Details report. 
• We have added feedback on Centre Funding reports that informs the user that any changes to centre closures will be reflected in the report on the following day. 
• On the Homebased Funding of Child report, Discover will no longer show a Child Holiday as “Service Closed”. 
• Reports with issues printing in landscape despite the report being generated in landscape should be fixed and should now print correctly.

Discover Tablet App (iOS) - Released 25 July

Version 5.8.10 

• The iOS update is finally here! Changes to the backend of the app have improved its speed and security. There are no front-end changes. All bug fixes released in previous Android versions have also been tested on the iOS release. Thanks to our alpha testers and beta testers, who picked up on a few various bugs that we were able to fix before releasing this update to all our iOS customers.
